Thats a keloid you get them from piercings I got a little tiny one on the inside of my ear from my piercing.

I think you should see a doctor or your piercer. Actually, given the number of times you have posted on Beautylish about issues with various piercings, I think you should find a new piercer since something is obviously not being done correctly.
It could be a hematoma, it could be an abscess, it could be a keloid... The only way to be sure is to see some kind of professional in person. In the meantime, keep it clean and do not remove the piercing.

It's probably hypertrophic scarring. a lot of people use tea tree oil to try and heal them but there isn't much else you can do, also I am a certified piercing professional and can say it most likely is just your skin type and not your piercer. I use to get a hyp. on my nose piercing and finally decided it was time to just take it out! don't stay too uncomfortable for long hope it heals quickly

I really wouldn't categorize this in skincare, or beautylish related at all. this is a medical question that non of us are qualified to give a legit answer on. as Emily said, it maybe time to find a new piercer. but really, go to a doctor. you never know what's going on.
