Under the skin pimples usually are mostly inflammation so doing anything anti inflammatory helps. A cotton pad in warm water can help. I like apply my Green Tea Toner on it to help with inflammation on a soaked cotton pad..
I usually zap away the area though so they never really see the light of day. I got one on my forehead yesterday! Right smack between my brows and red. I also applied Neosporin because it did hurt and today there is nothing there.

I used to get these when I was younger. It would be several at one time...I would be in tears because they looked so horrible and the pain... :( My mom would use a thick face towel and run it under hot water, squeeze the water out and then immediately apply to the affected area for about 15 minutes twice a day. In the morning before I would go to school and at night before bed. The heat helps bring the gunk to the surface so it creates a head and then eventually it will clear out the affected pore. She didn't apply any kind of ointment or toner to speed up the process for fear of scarring. And she wouldn't allow me to apply any makeup till my skin would clear up.

Hmmm...I would actually have that looked at by a dermo Jasminee if you already haven't. Especially if they are growing in size. And the fact that it sits deep in the dermal layer that it won't even come to head. My heart cry's for you...sorry you're experiencing this. :(
