My skin is usually pretty clear but lately I've been getting these weird bumps only on my chin and like near the sides of my mouth, they aren't spots?

I've read that breakouts around your mouth can happen when you switch toothpaste.

It can be hormonal or if you wear lipsticks with a comodegenic ingredient in them, such as ethylhexyl palmitate.

It could be a reaction to a toothpaste or vitamin deficiency. Is the area dry or scaly/itchy?

Sounds kinda like what I have going on. It's been over a year and I haven't been able to completely clear up these bumps on my chin near my mouth. They are flesh colored, not inflamed or anything. I'm pretty sure mine are stubborn clogged pores. I can't seem to rid myself of them
