Any tips or tricks for fuller lips?

You can make the illusion of fuller lips by putting a lighter color in the middle of your lips, using plumping lip glosses, putting a highlight above your Cupid's bow, exfoliating your lips, or draw over them a little.

After you brush your teeth, or whenever you want to make your lips bigger, massage your lips with your tooth brush for about 1 minute on each lip, then use a chap stick with peppermint/mint oil in it (I recommend Burts Bee chap stick, I think that's what it's called) and apply it to your lips with a thick coat and right after, it'll give your lips a "puffed" look. I do it all the time.

Exfoliating lips
I massage my lips with moisturizer to get the blood flowing
Lip balm to keep them hydrated
Lip liner to slightly over line the lips (I usually go right above my natural lip line)
Matte lipstick colors usually make my lips look bigger
