Where can I purchased a 34F sports bra? I have my first yoga class tonight and I'm really excited about it! Also while on the topic what should I wear to the class?

For sports bras, try sports shops. I'm not sure where you live, but they have places called Dick's Sporting Goods, Olympia sports and so on. And if you feel comfortable enough, wear a sports bra, yoga pants and running shoes. If you don't like just wearing a bra, try a tank top :) I will upload some pictures to help.

I'm not too sure about the bra as I don't own one myself :P but for yoga go for comfort. I tend to wear baggy tracksuit bottoms, leggings or shorts with a fairly loose t-shirt that doesn't restrict movement.

I also do yoga or Pilates bare foot rather than with shoes on.

I would opt for a tank top or close-fitting t rather than a baggy one. I find loose clothing tends to fall down in positions like down dog or inversions, which is distracting and sometimes too revealing.

Yoga pants, leggings or shorts, no loose shirts because there are positions in which you are in an upside down position & your shirt can slide up. So probably a top that is tightish like outfit #1
Also I would put my hair up because my hair always gets in the way & it's annoying, most places I've been to you have to be barefoot, or wear socks but socks make you slip so I would go barefoot. & dorm forget your mat & water :-)

You don't really need a sports bra unless you really want one, I would suggest a bandeau& tank

I'm a 40G & to find something with support that fits right I had to drive 3 hours from my house. I doubt you could find a good one just at a sports shop or localy. but you never know! you might need to look online, it could be worth it.

I would suggest Victorias Secret because their sports bras are super supportive.
