Assuming that you use the same shampoo with the same styles

Yea, I said that earlier, along with going to the doctor.. although it is natural for hair to get greasy 2 or 3 days after washing. But if it's right after and it's not your straightener, go see your doctor. Just try a few things that's been suggested from the lovely ladies who commented and see if they work, if nothing works, I highly highly highly suggest going to the doctor.

Maybe it's your heat protectant??

It's just after I straighten it that it gets oily... I don't really use heat protectant because it irritates my scalp.

Yea, definitely clean your straightener more often. If that doesn't work, visit your doctor, I know I've said it a million times but it's only because it could be healthy related.

This happens to me too, I think it's cause it's flatter and closer to your scalp where the oil is produced

It is probably getting greasy because straitening it drys your hair out and in some cases your body can tell it is dry so it creates more access oil
