Simple Ways To Clear Acne?

I've just started using Proactive about a week ago, but the last couple of days have been hectic and I didn't get the chance to use it. (I only used Proactive once a day at night before bed, by the way.) It was actually working pretty well, too, but after a few days of not using it, my acne is now worse than before.

Is there any cleansers, washes, lotions, or creams that I could use that work very well? I'm looking for a simple 1-step acne treatment, and I'm hoping to find something that will also prevent breakouts in case there's a day or two I can't use it?

Any recommendations? :)
