You are super tiny so I think I would get a size or two smaller (if you can), not only to make it more form fitting but to make it look like it fits better.
Normally I wouldn't like that kind of dress but I love it on you, I say wear it

Btw I'm really petite too, I think the dress is a good size! If it was any tighter it would probably be really uncomfortable, so I'd say wear it since you are going to be dancing and moving around, you wanna be comfortable and not tugging at a too tight dress anyways :)

You can also tie a black belt around your waist to fit your form better (: but it looks gorgeous.
