You're gorgeous without makeup. I love your brows. I think your best feature is the shape of your head, I know that sounds weird. You could literally do anything to your face and still be gorgeous.

You are very beautiful girl,you have great hair,great eyes,simply,great face.. I love your brows.. but if you want a makeup I suggest you with simply eyeliner and red lips for me is wow for you features:)or if you want simply makeup like bronze or light brown eyeshadow and nude or peach lips

Eyebrows are amazing therefore lightly fill them is and use concealor to clean them around and then you a hoghlighter
keep them slightly arched

You can start of by highlighting the bridge of your nose and your undereye area, even the middle of your forehead. you just have to play around to see what you like/what works for you. there's really cool charts on pinterest that tells where to highlight for your personal head shape.
