Most eye creams are really expensive because of the ingredients.

I'm not sure how much it is in your country, but the Liz Earle Daily Eye Cream is amazing. It contains light reflecting particles to deflect from any darkness and tightens the skin. I love it:)

Erase paste by benefit, a little expensive but works wonders. BUT- get a shade slightly darker than your skin tone because a concealer that is too light will highlight your bags.
