Personally, I like the Kat Von D. It's super pigmented, very black, and so user friendly. It also doesn't wipe itself away when you apply it like some do, so that's nice. It's far and away the best I have tried.

Lancôme has some amazing liqued liners. I use those and I get A LOT of compliments about it :).

I'm actually okay with using Almay liquid liners. They come in gorgeous colors and I find them to be pretty pigmented and lasting for the top.

I agree with Hannah! It's very black, literally stays all day (24 hours in experience of Black Friday shopping! And I have oily lids) but it isn't difficult to remove.

If you want something on the more drugstore part of the spectrum, the Milani liquid eyeliner in the pen form is amazing!!
