A lot of people have been complaining about two shades in this palette (myself included)... Pink Sugar and Blueberry Swirl. Pink Sugar for being a sparkly mess with no color and Blueberry Swirl for not being vibrant enough.
Well, never one to fully give up on a product I dipped into my brush collection to find out if I could make these babies work.
For Pink Sugar I used MAC #228 brush and was able to apply product along the inner corner of my eyes with no issues. I was actually able to achieve pigmentation along with the glitter. Beautiful, beautiful shade.
For Blueberry Swirl I used MAC #239 and patted the color unto my lid to build up its impact. Whoa hot daddy!! Love, love, love!!
Overall with these particular shades all it takes is having the right brushes to make full use of them. And the same thing applies to other cosmetics as well. A makeup tool can either make or break a look.

Oh, this is awesome to know Shelley, thanks! I've been thinking about getting this palette, but when I saw that Blueberry Swirl wasn't as vibrant as expected I pulled back a little. Hearing this gives me hope, so I'll probably pick it up at some point =)

Thank you everyone for the sweet words. I'm so glad I didn't throw in the towel on this palette. Just a switch up on tools and application method and bada bing. It outperforms my Chanel and Dior.

@Sandra...I have yet to try it on the lid but I tried it another time on top of another shadow and it did not adhere so I think its best applied on a bare lid and patted on the inner corner of the eye looks beautiful. I'm going to try it Sunday using my Too Faced Glitter eye primer glue to do an all over eye look. I'll post the outcome.
