Is it ok to put fake yea she's on before I put my makeup on?? I only ever see girls do it after their eye makeup is done but I wanted to do it before.

If you don't wear eyeshadow or liner on your top lid then of course. Otherwise its going to be really hard.

You can do it whatever way you want, but its easier to get the makeup more precise when you don't have them on, and you'd probably get a gap of no makeup where you glued the lashes so it might look a bit un even or something :p.
