The Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade or Brow Wiz would work well.

A concealor pigment e/s primer such as mac soft ocre or painterly, and depending on your skintone you may need a bit darker of e/s to achieve this look. Not darker still in the same nude family but a different tone of it like a peach smoothie from makeup geek or foxy from UD. As for the crease color you can use whatever you normally would use as your transition crease shade.

The eyeshadow looks like the Vice 2 or Naked Basics. Gel eyeliner.
A eye primer such as UD Eden eye primer would be good, however it depends on what your eyelids are like

All matte shadows will achieve this look.

Not sure which eyeshadow palette you may need but to me it looks like she's used a matte light golden colour on her lid, darkened her crease up a little with a darker golden shade (looks like a shimmer to me), eyeliner, a white eyeliner pencil on her water line and a Champagne colour on her inner corner.

I think the first naked palette would be similar, I agree with Shaye. :)
