So I was about to buy a new hair cream its the "Shea Moisture Yucca & Baobab Thickening Growth Milk"
but it contains biotin, and this site has turned me completely against biotin after hearing stories and experiences on it.
and I really like this brand, so, should I just look for something else?
the bottle says " Featured Ingredients
Baobab Oil - Contains Vitamins A, C, D, E and F to fortify and strengthen hair. Yucca - Thickens hair while adding volume. Biotin - A powerful B vitamin that strengthens the hair follicle."

Shea moisture is amazing. I use all their products. The biotin in it just strengthens your hair it's best to have it in the product rather than taking a pill.
