So I want to do like a full face of makeup today, if I use a pore filler primer can I still use a concealer brightener primer? And which one goes first? And if I do use both would it be pore filler primer, foundation, brightener and then concealer?

Yes you could. You could put the pore filling primer where you have pores you want to blur and put the brightening one everywhere else or in places you want more brightness.

Cinthya is right, just press the pore filler into areas with noticeable pores and use the other else where

If you want to use multiple primers, usually the solution is to put them in different places. Use the pore filler where you have visible pores, and the brightening primer everywhere else. I don't recommend using a primer after foundation, that defeats the purpose of the primer, no? =)

The order would be primer, concealer, foundation. Or you could apply foundation first and then the concealer. As long as you really blend, it doesn't really matter.
