Wait Or Cut? Hair Help?

Hia! I have longish hair (always have) and I kinda wanna try out shorter hair. I measured how many inches I want cut of and its 4. I wanted to donate it but you have to have at least 8 inches. it would take about until the summer to reach close to that, and I was wondering if you think it is worth it to wait, or if I should just do it? thanks! x

I agree with tabby, if donating it is something you're really wanting to do it might be worth the wait but personally if I wanted a haircut super bad, I'd get one haha :)
