Eyeliner looks! Mini eye dilemma.

Well tomorrow I'm going out and I really wanna pull off a bottom lash white eyeliner look. Any suggestions on how you would use white eyeliner?does anyone know how to do a winged eye with a pencil btw?

I only ever use eyeliner pencils, though I almost never do wings because I hate how they look. The tricks to doing wings with a pencil are: make sure your pencil is sharp so that you can get an accurate, straight, and thin line, and keep q-tips and liquid makeup remover on hand so that you can easily wet a q-tip and clean up your lines if you happen to mess up.
