I'm going to start refitting my own extensions and I've found somewhere to get tape but I haven't been able to find the solution. Is there some diy things I can use to break the glue bond?

The alcohol works but I'm way too sensitive for the smell, one drop and I've got a headache. When I remove my tape ins I just honestly shampoo and let the shampoo sit in for like an hour so I have minimal work. Keep in mind this isn't gentle on color

I'm thinking maybe coconut oil will help loosen them along with just regular conditioner since I'll do it at the 5 week Mark and they'll already be a bit loose anyways.
