Long necklace, statement bracelet and I would go with black shoes but thats just me, if you go for a pop of colour try to tie that colour in with a bit of the jewellery.

With that dress I would do a simple black scrappy heel, and blingy jewelry.

I say no necklace since the neckline is already very attention grabbing, go for earrings and bracelets in a metallic color and then some black shoes. a bright lipstick on this would be nice too imo.
