Since I love makeup so much I've considered going for becoming a makeup artist path but then I think and ask myself what if its not worth it or I waste my money on a cosmetology school that won't take.me anywhere? Its a really super competitive career I know that for a fact but I'm hoping I can get opinions or thoughts if you know a someone in the industry or yourself are a professional artist?(:

Hello , I'm currently a cosmetology student myself & we barely go over makeup, it's more about hair than anything. I would suggest any makeup school however they could be a bit pricey. I hear a lot of makeup artist are self taught and they say themselves that makeup school isn't necessary but if your going to go to school I would suggest a makeup school & not a cosmetology school for makeup.
