I do not recommend you buy the clarisonic. It can be very harsh on the skin and damage your skin permanently. A cleansing device is supposed to be gentle. I recently bought the Foreo luna which is a cleansing device and it is made out of silicone so the bristles are very gentle and it's a much more hygienic tool then the clarisonic because you don't need to replace the bristles because it doesn't have a brush head + with the clarisonic you have to find the "right" brush head and that will take a lot of time, money and patience. With the Foreo luna you go to your local shop that sells Foreo luna and you see, which one is for your skin type. I have combination skin so I bought the blue Foreo luna. They have a blue one, a pink one which is for sensitive/ normal skin and they have a white one which is for ultra sensitive skin. They also have the mini version of the Foreo luna which is for all skin types but I recommend you get one that is suited for your skin so you can see maximum results👍

I am a Esthetician and I do recommend the Clarisonic I use it , and I have recommended it to a lot of clients and it really did help with clearing there skin up that being said the clarisonic is not harsh however not using it correctly is were the problem lies , using it to often for your own personal skin ,pushing down to hard or not choosing the right brush head , also if you have active severe acne this is not a good choice because it can spread the bacteria around , this is great for mild breakouts and people who suffer from constant blackheads , and you do need to change the brushes in a timely fashion , The Foreo Luna is also a good choice , it's a Matter of opinion on the level of exfoliating you want to use on your skin.

I wouldn't say the clarisonic ruined my skin but it was very expensive and for the price I payed I was not very impressed, I was able to return it and get my money back which is great, my skin immediately improved after I stopped using it.

I own the Clarisonic mia2 and am very satisfied with it. It did break me out at first only because I do have very sensitive skin and my skin takes time to adjust to a new product. But I use it every morning and night with the sensitive skin brush head and it works fabulously! I've noticed a difference in my skin and it always just feels way more clean when I use it vs when I don't. As for Michael todd, I don't have much of an opinion bc I'm not too familiar w their products in detail.. I have tried their face cleansers/masks and they did not do what I wanted them to do.. They didnt do much for my acne/skin and ended up stop using them and never repurchased. But I do believe these products could definitely be beneficial for someone elses skin! They smell sooo good and arent all chemically. It just didnt work for me as I was hoping :( hope this helps!

I have the soniclear 🙋 love love love. That's all I can say. Much cheaper than the Clarisonic, plus the brush head is antimicrobial which is something the Clarisonic doesn't have. The research I did before hand led me to buy the Michael Todd and I haven't regretted it for a second. There's also a 30 day money back guarantee so I would suggest to trial it out but trust me you'll love it :)

I feel the Clarisonic is definitely over hyped. I can't say I notice any real difference. I use a wet washcloth to exfoliate or take off my makeup at times and it's just as good. I would definitely get the cheaper option.

I LOVE my foreo Luna, it's in the same price range as the Clarisonic but you don't need to replace brush heads.. So in time you save money. It's gentle and effective on my skin. also the battery life is so much longer VS my clarisonic. I can go MONTHS without charging it! Amazing!
