I am beyond thrilled that my Sephora order came in! Not only did I get the free 3 samples, but the cyber Monday goodie bag! I also bought the Kat Von D Chrysalis Eyeshadow Palette!! Would live to hear your thoughts on all, and maybe makeup suggestions!!

I like most Kat Von D products, and that palette is no exception but it's definitely not my favorite. The deep purple shade I found to be a little bit patchy, but other than that it's nice.

That sort of rasberry purple parkly heliotrope shade, Mezzanine, in the Chrysalis palette is gorgeous. About 1/3 of my clothing is that color. I should probably get that palette, then, but I'm just drawn to the monarch one more. I'm a sucker for orange.
I like how the Kat Von D palettes are laid out where you get bigger pans of the base colors. I can see this being a really versatile palette for day looks, even though there are a lot of WOW shades, there are really a ton of cool toned basics in there.
