You can check this picture out: it's most likely a small curling wand (4th one)

I know she's using a curling iron but I want to know what barrel size and if there were other ways of doing other then an iron.

You're welcome :) and make sure your hair is like 2 days old (holds on to curls better), and curl your hair in small sections :)

Na she's using one of those wand things that you just wrap your hair around. I forgot what it's called but I'll look it up for yu if yu want lemme know! cause look she's holding the last pierce of hait.. it isn't a curling iron with a clamp.

It's the wand. In different sizes it would look amazing!

It's a wand indeed and from what I can tell from the picture it's a very small wand, may be even a pearl wand. Just take small sections and curl them with a thin wand and brush afterwards.

I have one of those wands that you wrap the hair around. It's a bedhead curlipops one. Super cheap, got it at Walmart. It makes loads of ringlets in no time flat. I have thick, coarsish hair and I can do my whole head with it in 15 minutes. The thing I love is that you can do looser/beachy waves with it as well. The tightness of the ringlets depends on how long you hold it against the wand and what type of product you put on before and after. I've done super tight dolly ringlets and loose beachy or loose waves like you'd get with hot rollers. I've almost stopped using my other irons and curlers. You can do ringlets easy with a marcelling iron as well, by pulling the hair straight through, but I think the straight wand with no clamp is faster. (Bigger risk of burning though...). I'd use iron guard or some other blow out product ahead of time and then spray the hell out of it afterwards so that the ringlets stay firm.

You can do heatless ringlets with those foam curlers with the wire in them. (Google foam twist curlers) It's tedious though. You'd need to put product on damp hair, roll it on the foam curlers and then let it dry. Can't imagine living with those things for long:

She's definitely not using a curling iron she's using a wand. A smaller sized one. Also the strands of hair she's twisting around isn't a lot at one time.
