Hairs gone really weak and thin from all that heat I've been using from straighteners! And also hair is falling out a lot.. Anyone got any tips on how to grow it thick? Is castor oil any good?

Whoa. I agree with the two comments above me. Is heat really that important? Look for ways to get curls without using heat. Let it air dry. Be careful with your hair!

Genetics will dictate thickness originally, but we love to mess with Mother Nature..and she loves to mess with us. You are probably seeing breakage with regard to your hair loss. I'd personally recommend Joico shampoo for Damaged hair and Pravana Nevo conditioner and leave-in spray. I'd cut back on my washings with a dry shampoo and use cooler water on your hair. You can pick up a wet brush to keep hair tame without causing further damage. Lastly, aside from laying off the heat, I'd increase my Vitamin C, Omegas, B, Vitamin E and Iron. Deep conditioning with a mask is a good place to start.

Castor oil is a horrible mess that takes forever to get out. Take it from someone who did the same thing you're doing, stop using all the heat. I literally burned chunks off of my hair it was so dead and fried. Now I haven't used heat in about 7 months, got all the nasty hair cut off, and my hair is so healthy and back to being thick and volumous, if that's a word lol.
