I am looking for a good black eye pencil to use for the internal rhyme.. what more hard as possible and do not drool all ,like all black pencils used until now because I always myself with makeup smeared XD.

I like the rimmel kohl pencils. It stays on and is a dark black. To prevent smearing you can also try applying a little bit of primer.
