The only cream/gel eyeliner I've ever used was a Wet n Wild one that dried out within days. I'm looking to buy a new one that will last long both in the pot and on my skin as I would like to use it for winged eyeliner and wouldn't want to be walking around with major smudging going on. High end or drugstore.

Bobbi Brown black ink is in gel and liquid i like NYX studio liquid liner. They wont leave your eye :)

ELF cream liner is great. I got a Tarte gel liner that was supposed to be waterproof and it smeared and smudged. The ELF one didn't do that. I've heard great things about the Inglot cream liners as well.

Inglot Gel Liners, the key about those is that you have to be really good at creating the lines bc they dry fast on the skin... Fluidline from MAC is also great the key with any Gel liner is to set it with black eyeshadow afterward... I have started doing that and no matter what kind of eyeliner I use, it stays put... Stila and MUFE are also great.. I have Maybelline but that one does smear on me a little ( I have very oily lids)

I am currently in love with Tartes Amazon Clay Gel Liner its amazing, but I also love MAC fluidline, and Inglot but you might want to get a bottle of there duraline because they dry up real fast esp the red and purple ones.

Essence gives good quality for the price. MAC does too. But invest in a good brush. I prefer old school cake liner at my lash/waterline.
