Omg hahaha are you even sure that those are leggings lol but Alma is right she definitely got the wrong size

Leggings aren't pants, leggings are leggings. Skirts aren't pants, but that doesn't mean I can't wear them. Either of these articles of clothing are fine to be worn alone as long as your butt isn't hanging out. Remember, public nudity isn't cute- it's a felony.

As long as try are thick enough to where you can't see your underwear, I consider them pants 💖

I prefer jeggings with normal shirts and leggings with long shirts/sweaters. I wear leggings with tshirts around the house though :3 so comfy

I wear leggins as pants and I work in an office. I also have turquoise hair, tattoos and a visible septum piercing. I even asked my boss what I should wear and she said I don't need to change a thing lol so I dunno...everywhere is different but I also always wear something long enough to cover my butt

As a few other gals have said, I will wear them as bottoms regularly, but with long, preferably looser fitting tops ☺️

As long as my shirt is long enough that nobody can get a detailed mental picture of my privates lol!

Yeah I guess it's fine as long as you have a long enough top to cover your bum and coochie then I'm fine with that - but just as pants with a normal top like that lady in the photo... Just no... Lol I can't...

I agree Diana.

Also, part of the confusion is that people are confusing tights/stockings (opaque through the leg but sheer at the brief), leggings (footless tights that are opaque or semi-opaque through the brief), and pantyhose (sheer through brief and leg).

Tights and pantyhose are undergarments. Period. "Leggings" depend on fit and opacity. If they are sheer at all, they are footless tights and are an undergarment. If they are formfitting enough to see every nook, lump, bump, and dimple: they are footless tights and are an undergarment regardless of opacity. If they are more loose, with an actual waistband, and are thick and opaque: they are leggings, and social convention dictates that they can be worn as pants with longer shirts/sweaters. Unless you are running/cycling competitively, there's no need to wear any kind of leggings as pants without a tunic or long sweater.

I find them distasteful and too revealing (even the loose ones I described above). To me, they're all undergarments.

I wear them, but I have to wear a shirt that is long enough to cover my bum.
