What is your favorite highlighter?

I'm looking for a new highlighter and also contouring products. I asked yesterday but it was a wierd time so I only got like 1 response.
I don't want anything crazy sparkly, and I don't want to contour with a bronzer.
I have very fair skin with cool undertones

I personally like the elf golden bronzer. It has 4 different colors in it. A pink, a pale gold, a white gold, & a golden brown. You can use the shades individually or swirl them together to get a subtle gold shade. It's gorgeous & only $3. Their shimmering facial whip is also really great which is only $1.

Nars has a contour palette, the highlight has no shimmer. The palette comes in three shades, you could pick up Olympia which is the lightest.

They have three elf bronzer shades different shades on the site! I suggest looking at them! The golden is labeled as a bronzer but its more like Dereanna said, a highlight , depending on your skin tone! I believe they have warm, golden and cool in the bronzer and They all have four gorgeous shades! But golden is perfect! Elf does have some pretty nice ones! The moonlight pearls highlighter is gorgeous! It's three bucks too!

Alexis that milk chocolate bronzer is actually on my Sephora loves list right now:) so it's not too warm to contour with?

Alexis I meant as the highlight! Definitely a big no-no for contour is shimmer , and a warm tone! You can used a pressed powder or cream concealer two to three shades darker than your skin tone , if you can't find ones you like! Also don't forget the cool tone!


I haven't tried many highlighters, and I've had my eye on the NYX illuminator, what do you think about it? I need to get a new one for sure!

I honestly really like the benefit highlighters. High beam or Moonbeam would really suit your skin tone. They're not glittery at all. Just a beautiful glow that makes you look so healthy and luminous!
