I use liquid eyeliner everyday but can never get flicks that are even and have a clean line! any help?

You could try using tape.

You could get some tape and use that as a guide and you'll get a perfect clean line. or you could first lightly line your eyes with a pencil liner or eyeshadow then trace your liquid liner over that
