The very very best is Kat von d tattoo liner, you can literally make tiny circles with it but the loreal infallible pen liner is also really good.

My friend uses the makeup forever one and I completely love it. it's my next buy.
I'm using the sephora brand and it's good.
I really don't recommend the Kat Von D one because the brush isn't good.

There's this new eyeliner called they're real by benefit cosmetics it's angled so you get a perfect winged liner, also you try applying tape on the sides

I just purchased the physicians formula eyeliner pen and it's great! I typically don't like felt tips because they wear out so quick. And the physicians formula has a nice and firm brush tip. It also claims to help lashes grow.
