I'm only in my mid 20s, have dry skin & get only 4-5 hrs a sleep everyday. I've noticed I am starting to get few lines under my eyes & I hate it! Any way to prevent wrinkles.. Mayb the natural way or anything!?

Hi Sophie, haven't you posted this before? If I'm correct you got quite a few useful replies in your last thread.

I agree on th sunsceen and retin a & eye cream. Also train yourself to sleep on your back. Sleeping on your side and on your stomach will leave creases in your face & (cleavage area if you're busty) that can cause premature wrinkling. Als0, maintain a healthy weight & try to stick to it. Fluctuating in weight can wear on your skin's elasticity. ALso limit alcohol intake and NO smoking.

If you're only getting 4-5hours a sleep everyday you are on the fast track to premature aging. Your body in general needs at least a solid 8 to rejuvenate itself internally and externally. Sunscreen of at least 30 and everything else that was suggested to you by Traci and Roz from your last post needs to be utilized...and 8 hours of sleep and you should see major changes with your skin in no time at all.
