A bandage skirt is not appropriate. If you have any slacks (black, grey, navy, khaki) wear those. If you have nothing else, extremely dark wash or black jeans in a medium cut (boot cut with a mid-rise) is tolerable. No skinny jeans, jeans with holes, or embellished pockets.

For a top, any plain blouse will do. Something that covers your shoulders, has no cleavage, and covers your midriff. Avoid embellishments, loud colors and patterns. A nice plain tee shirt with a cardigan over it is appropriate, or a polo shirt with a sweater. You can add a simple necklace to make the outfit more dressy. If you have a blazer, wear that.
