Try a coconut oil hair mask.

The only thing that I've found that works is to start washing your hair with a head and shoulders. (they have really good scents that don't smell like a guy)

I had the same problem a few weeks ago it might sound weird but I put a little bit of mouthwash (just from the drug store) on the areas where it was really bad and then washed it out really good and waited a few days and it help a lot

Head and Shoulders is really bad for your hair. My cousin is a trained hairdresser and she told me that Head and Shoulders is the worse stuff to put in your hair.
I'd try oil masks, washing your hair with lukewarm water and moisturising masks

I had the same problem, I just switched my shampoo & I stopped putting so much conditioner on, I would only put it on the ends of my hair & I stopped taking such hot showers & it finally went away like 2 days later.
