This is my first Photoshoot! Any tips of how I should select my eyeshadow treatment for my model? What should I be alert for? What should I do prior to the Photoshoot?

You may get feedback if you are more specific. Model's skin tone, style and location of the shoot, etc..

I work on photoshoots very often. Usually every weekend. I would say make sure you have all the disposal applicators you'll need, specifically mascara wands. Also BE SURE to bring a moisturizer and lip balm!
