A primer that would stop a foundation from oxidising?? Also it has to be water based. Anyone know any good ones x

If your foundation is oxidizing a primer won't fix that issue. Using a foundation with the wrong undertone, excess oil or an unbalanced skin PH is what can cause foundation to oxidize. What foundation are you using?

A silicone based primer will help to create barrier between your skin and the foundation, which may help with oxidizing. I suggest giving a silicone based primer a try, if that doesn't work the foundation just may not be a good match for you.
