So I decided to get a becca highlighter, but I just don't know what shade! I'm NW20 at mac and usually the seco d lightest shade in evvery foundation.

If you have a warm undertone, then I'd say moonstone, it's more golden so it looks best on medium tanned skin tones.
If you are lighter and cool, I think pearl would look best because of the silver shimmer and its stark white color so it wouldn't look off as if it were opal or moonstone.

Normally, ironically, warm in Mac tends to mean cool to the rest of the world... So I would suggest pearl. However, if you're paring it with a more bronzy look or you like your bronzer I'm general, you might be happy with moonstone

As for powder, another for cool would actually be moonstone in the powder.
