Inner rim brightener.

I have a question for you ladies.
I need a really good inner rim liner that will brighten my eyes. (like a white or nude/champagne)
But my dillema is that it has to be super cheap and available at ulta...
no rimmel products please, i tried their kajal in white and it makes my eyes water when on the waterline. :(

NYX Jumbo last so long on and is super pigmented on the waterline, go with the cottage cheese shade for a more subtle brightening. white is unnatural looking sometimes. tarte also makes a pencil in one shade only for the sole purpose of inner rim brightening. it is from their skinnyeyes line which has rave reviews, however it is 18 dollars.

I'm on the lookout for Physician's Formula eyeliners that are from the Nude Eyes set. I've seen them reviewed in a video and they have a champagne looking color that I think will look beautiful for the waterline and really open up your eyes. I personally can't wait to find them so I can try them out!

I use Mac Pro Chromaline Pencil in NC25/30 it is a multi use pencil but looks great in my waterline, I feel I look more awake and my eyes look brighter.

I just dab a little white/champagne eyeshadow in the inner corner and blend so it doesn't look weird after using an eyeshadow primer

NYX, it's my cheapie but goody product. I was introduced through Foxy Locks Imogen on YouTube. It stays on and the texture is great for the inner rims. I have Anastasia's brow highlighting pencils that I use sometimes too in my eye rims for a natural look but the NYX is still best for this.
