Tea tree oil and lemon juice works well for me.
Dab only on spots and not over entire face.
Hope this helps you!

I use dial soap and my skin has never been clearer. If you are already dry it might not work though. Another off the wall but effective thing to try is Nizoral shampoo. Your acne could be fungal

Burt's bees blemish stick works for my breakouts. I spot treat at night and by the morning it is significantly diminished.

Go get a facial!!
Your skin is not DRY!! Your skin is dehydrated. You most likely have oily-acne prone skin and since your skin is dehydrated you get lots of breakouts and irritation. When your skin is dehydrated your oil can't flow freely out of your pores so it gets stuck causing breakouts. DO NOT use more drying products like proactive. They will fix the problem for a little while and then make them worse. You need hydrating and soothing products. All I can say is go get a facial as soon as possible and tell your esthetician that you want to clear up your skin. i'm sure she'll be able to guide you in the right direction and get you the products that are correct for your skin. See an esthetician every 3-4 weeks and your skin will improve, but you have to be willing to let them help you. TRUST ME! It is worth the money! your skin will thank you in your later years..

I have dry skin too but I ocassionally get bumps and pimples. I like to put a little bit of toothpaste on the spot to dry it out and it reduces the redness ams shrinks the spot. wet a spot of the towel with warm water and place it on your spot until the towel loses its warmth and then swipe it and the spot should come off.

Wow it seriously almost makes me mad that these 15 year old girls are giving awful advice!
I know they don't mean too because they don't know better but I can't help but shake my head!
Seriously just go see an esthatician.
I've tried too many times to give my professional advice to be ignored.

My most beneficial advice I can give is to not listen to non professionals because they don't know what they are talking about!
You wouldn't ask a cashier for medical advice would you?

Where your skin is so sensitive and acne prone, you could have an allergy to some chemicals in the products your using. I would see a dermatologist.

You could use Neutrogena oil-free grapefruit face wash. You can find it at most drugstores, and it smells amazing! :)
