I use the brush twice a day with the neutrogena cleanser. I was breaking out before I started using the brush because my face wasn't fully cleaned of all makeup.

For chest an upper back acne I just use for in scented sensitive skin bar soap or body wash. Fragrant soaps caused me to breakout In the past.
And after workouts I use dial antibacterial soap.

Oil free face products help me. Any more oil will clog your pores.

Try using apricot scrub by St. Ives it work really well on all the body. As use Dove unscented.
