I've realized my face has been real dry and I'm wondering what can I do cuz I've tried face cremes and it doesn't really work.. Any advice

Exfoliate and rub in Noxzema. $3.99 @Target. Can also be used as cleanser or face mask. It got rid of my acne in a week too.
