Bad Acne Treatments?

I've been trying to get rid of the same pimples for 3 months. I've used many facial cleansers and even rubbing alcohol. There seems to be this one pimple I can't seem to get rid of and it's somewhat big. Any ideas?

It might not be a pimple. I have a small one just below my eye. My dermo looked at it and said it was harmless....I can't even begin to spell it let alone pronounce the dang thing. Is your flesh toned or does it have a firm white head?

I've never had actual acne but I find that if I SCRUB my skin with a hot washcloth twice daily, avoid touching it, and put a little bit of aveeno clear complexion face lotion it stays flawless and clears impurfections.
