Target always has great plaids, forever 21 has great ones also.

I live in the Netherlands, and we also only have 1 forever21 in the entire country (I know... Crazy right?!) and we don't have Target. I buy mine at "The Factory" they are really expensive but worth it. Also at "The Sting" which is less expensive and at "America Today" which is also not that expensive :)
