I agree with Kitty. I use a wet, cotton washcloth. In the future, Nivea Lip Butters are amazing.

When mine are really bad from walking my pupa mid-winter, I occasionally use a baby's/teething toothbrush. A great lip scrub works wonders. Since I discovered Bite's agave lip mask, I'm hoping this winter will be a bit easier on the ole' pucker puss.

I've been getting this too! My favourite trick is mixing olive oil and brown sugar to make a paste (not too watery). I scrub this on my lips in a circular motion and it really helps get rid of dry/breaking skin around the lips. It's best to first press a warm face cloth to your lips to get then soft, then do the exfoliant. I try to do it like 3 times in 1 session and I find it helps. Make sure you moisturize right after! I love Fresh Lip Treatment!! Best lip balm out there. From Sephora :)
