Yesterday I cut my hair up to my shoulders cause it was really damaged. It was past my belly button already and now it's gone 😩 do you girls have any tips or tricks to keep it healthy. Also anything to help stimulate growth? Any products to use? Thanks girls! 💋

That sucks :c I had to do that like a year ago and now my hair is almost to my but (: I say stay away from heat or do heat less hairstyles. Or when you do use heat use a heat protectant. I use the Tressume. I also suggest a leave I'm conditioner, my favorite is its a 10. I braid my hair every night and people say that it helps your hair grow. I'm not really sure about that but you can try it (:
