Okay so I have quite a few steps to get there myself!
One:
After shampooing turn the water in the shower to cool (not arctic but whatever you're comfortable with!) and add conditioner , then wait about three minutes and rinse.
Two:
After getting out of the shower I immediately apply my cantu Shea butter leave in conditioner to squeeze out the extra water into the sink.
Three:
I apply coconut oil mainly to my ends but also work it half way up the hair shaft.
Four:
Apply more leave in to ends and hair shaft
Five:
Style as needed!
My hair usually looks nice smooth and shiny after this!
However touching your hair when it's wet (or even dry) will increase the frizz, so sometimes this doesn't always work because I get handsy with my hair. However if you avoid that it'll look great! And moisture is key! Dry hair usually tends to frizz so I would go for maximum moisture in your routine!

I do a hair mask with egg and oil (like coconut or olive oil.) be sure to dilute with water so your hair doesn't get greasy
