Thank you ladies! For my health n fitness plan I watched what I ate and followed the recommended calorie intake I needed each day to lose weight, I ate healthy most days, but basically it's just watching what you eat, n then one day a week was what I called my "splurge day" and I ate something I really wanted cookies pizza ice cream etc. for my fitness ab workouts, and Zumba honestly did the trick for me (:
