I have a really sore thing on my hand it's sort of crusty and it's like red bumps on my hands please help.

I had this sort of thing on the insides of two of my fingers before!! It might be caused by the cold weather or sometimes if you use soap to much or something that irritates your skin! I tried using an emolient but it did not help. Then I used the Cetaphil cream (tube) and it cleared it right up :)

It could be a bunch of things, ranging from simple dermatitis to more complicated ringworm (a fungal infection) or extremely complicated Herpetic Whitlow (a type of herpes related to cold sores). I suggest seeing a doctor or at least asking a pharmacist for advice. They'd be able to give you better direction than any of us on a beauty forum.
