Please help Baby shower gifts.

I wasn't too sure which category to put this under , but my boss if having her baby shower tomorrow and I got her gifts for the baby. but I wanted to do something for her as well so I bought her some lotions and soaps from bath and body works. is that going to be weird to.give at a baby shower? or was it a good idea? I'm questioning giving it to her because I don't want it to be like " the gifts have to strictly be for the baby" please help.

I've never been to a baby shower myself but I don't think the gifts have to me strictly for the baby.

You've got the baby some gifts and I think buying something for mum is a really nice touch. Really thoughtful gift in my opinion so don't worry!

Yeah I think that's a lovely idea! Childbirth is HARD lol, I'm sure anything that will give mammy an excuse for some pampering/recovery time would be much appreciated.

Thats a great gift. Its actually pretty common for people to get the mom gifts too. Its a really nice gesture I'm sure shell be happy.

I've had baby showers and I loved getting gifts for both me and baby. The gifts for me were like, a robe, a comfy sweater and such. If you get your boss a gift, you should get one that will make parenting a bit more easy. I think lotions and soap is great.
