Oh gosh, milani has some good ones and so is the L'Or?al infallible line and just loreal eye products in general are great and covergirl liquiline for colored ones merp.

It depends on what you're looking for. (: I use a physicians formula for waterlines, both upper and lower, a wet n' wild pencil for lower eyeliner (they're cheap and last forever!). When I do pencil on top, I use a milani liquid eyeliner pencil. They glide on and come in some amazing colors!

I picked up Bobbi Brown's Gel pencil liner in jet black and I use it for tightlining and I'm starting to love it more than my usual Urban Decay pencil in perversion because it doesn't transfer onto my lower lid at all while UD does just a lil bit. When it comes to drugstore Loreal does a pretty great job (especially in the pigmentation and longevity dept). MAC...kinda hit and miss for me personally...some colors perform better than others within the line (kohl in particular).

Urban Decay liners are very creamy and pigmented. I think Kelly (another BL member) has all the UD liner colors in her collection. Hopefully she'll see this post. ;)

Urban Decay 24/7, Smashbox, Clinique Quick Liners and Kat Von D are some of my favorites. They all don't budge on me and come in a great range of shades.
